Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 CAD on all orders shipped within Canada.

Fulfillment & Processing Time

• In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 business hours of your order being placed.
• Orders may ship in multiple parcels from different warehouses to get items to you as quickly as possible — at no extra charge.

Carriers

We ship with major Canadian carriers including Canpar, Purolator, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number automatically. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse closest to you with available stock:

• Laval, QC — Eastern Canada
• Toronto, ON — Central Canada
• Edmonton, AB — Western Canada
