Shipping Policy
We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably, anywhere in Canada.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 CAD on all orders shipped within Canada.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD.
Fulfillment & Processing Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 business hours of your order being placed.
- Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple parcels from different warehouses to get items to you as quickly as possible — at no extra charge. Each parcel will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
Carriers
We ship with major Canadian carriers including Canpar, Purolator, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery across the country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number automatically. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Origins
Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse closest to you with available stock:
- Laval, QC — Eastern Canada
- Toronto, ON — Central Canada
- Edmonton, AB — Western Canada
PO Boxes & Remote Areas
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may be subject to carrier surcharges or extended delivery times beyond the standard 3–7 business day estimate. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we partner with reliable carriers and fulfill orders promptly, some delays are beyond our control. These may include severe weather events, national holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Elmly is not liable for delivery delays but will do everything we can to assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues. If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
