- Lost with Carrier: If your order was lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. A refund or replacement will be issued once the claim investigation is complete.
- Ordering Errors: If you ordered the wrong item, returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in original, unopened, and sellable condition.
