How much does shipping cost? 
To keep things simple for our families, we charge a flat fee of $10.00 CAD for shipping anywhere in Canada, regardless of the size of your order.

 

Where do you ship? 

We currently offer shipping to all provinces and territories within Canada.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can keep an eye on its progress!

 

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to see exactly where your cozy new home additions are.

 

What if my package is delayed or lost?

While we partner with the most reliable carriers, sometimes delays happen. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our family support team and we will investigate it for you immediately.
