Shipping

Cost. Free on orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $10.00 CAD. No surprises at checkout.

Where we ship. Canada only, to every province and territory. Orders leave from Canadian warehouses, so there are no duties or border delays.

How long it takes. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live.

Tracking. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will look into it right away.

Returns

Defective item, wrong item sent, or lost in transit: we take care of it. No fee, no return shipping cost to you.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item: returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date, with the item unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility, and a restocking fee applies (20% if the item comes back in resellable condition; 50% if it comes back damaged or not resellable).
